'Bed was nice, all the staff I spoke with were amazing and helpful. I had only one issue with one lady being kinda rude but EVERYONE else was so nice and helpful. Very nice hotel and right by the convention center. I chose to stay embassy suite instead of the host hotel for the free breakfast and very happy with my choice.'

'De ontvangst was al niet erg vriendelijk en toen we in de kamer kwamen werd het alleen maar erger. De ijskast stond open en was gaan ontdooien dus de vloer stond onder water toen ik dit aangaf bij de receptie kreeg ik wat handdoeken om het droog te maken ook groeide er paddestoelen in de kamer.'

'Extremely filthy, very run down, staff is almost nonexistent and useless. The property is shady and dangerous. There are homeless, drug activities, and other suspicious activity in and around the hotel. I decided to leave early. My safety was more important than saving money. Expedia should be ashamed to list this hotel. '

'The staff who checked us in were very hospitable- but the key card machine wasn’t working so we didn’t have a key. They had walk us to our room. The breakfast was not good and the morning staff, especially working the breakfast, were rude. The suite was very roomy.'
