'We were there just for a morning to freshen up but the hotel is in a good location with very neat rooms and a very good breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful in terms of helping us in all our queries and they have a luggage storage room as well. Definitely would recommend around Santiago if you are visiting few days given its proximity to all major tourist attractions as well by uber or via metro.'

'A mid-range hotel in a convenient central location. A maximum of 10 minutes' walk to the Plaza de Armas. There was always someone at reception who spoke English. We had a room with air conditioning on the sixth floor overlooking a side street closed to traffic. Our room was a comfortable size with good Wi-Fi. The shower was hot with a strong jet. Everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. Unfortunately, the coffee was very weak. The staff were very friendly and...

'Coming from the airport, we needed a convenient place to stay. The Ibis is right next to the bus station, so that worked our fine. However their promise for quick service didn't really work out, spent more than half an hour waiting to check in... Rooms are standard Ibis rooms. Safety is good. In all, it's an Ibis, you get just that, with slower service.'
