'Clean room. Excellent customer service.'

'We stayed for 6 nights and housekeeping only came by once but we were told at check in that they are suppose to come by every other day. Trash started to accumulate quickly with 5 people. Pool towels are essentially hand towles they are so tiny. Hotel breakfast was nothing to write home about. Older lady at the front desk was very rude. Overall a very meh experience for the price we paid.'

'De kamer was perfect. Het was wel een lange afstand naar de kamer wat onhandig was met de koffers. De gangen waren namelijk met vloerbedekking en we moesten verschillende deuren door. Het was een stille kamer. We hadden geen last van herrie. Het zwembad was prima. De kinderen hebben het de hele dag naar hun zin gehad. De andere activiteiten in het hotel moeten betaald worden. 'Everything was GREAT. The service from the front desk, the drinks (lol) , the room , safety of the place, and the rate. The shower was interesting , the water ended up coming out on the floor. '

'Cool retro furnishings and ambience and so clean and even had live plants in the room. Would certainly stay here again! '

'The staff was great I called ahead to let them know we would get in after midnight and the lady was very helpful on the phone and then Gabriela was helpful once we arrived. Definitely recommend staying here and we will be back whenever we are passing through again! '

'I like the hotel and the neighbourhood is really nice. The good: the bed and the room in general, and also the staff is very welcoming. The bad: we had a huge room even with a kitchen but the shower was really tiny. Also we were very disappointed that the speakeasy / cocktailbar they use in almost all their marketing messages was closed for both nights of our stay. We were very much looking forward also to that part of our stay. Would have been great if they had informed us beforehand. '

'Older place TV doesn’t work just fine for 1 night passing by, breakfast could be better…we stayed at one of Quality Inn in Colorado Springs and they had biscuits and gravy. '
