'Goed voor 1 of 2 goedkope nachtjes. Locatie is ideaal. Gelegen in Chinatown. De slaap capsule zelf is praktisch en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Lamp, TV, USB en stroom. Enige nadeel is het dunne matrasje. Mocht je langer zijn dan 1.85 zal je minder comfortabel liggen.'

'⛔️ Avoid at all cost ⛔️
How the heck is this hotel still open for business, and how are people rating this hotel with 5 stars? We came to this hotel for our transit to have a rest in between flight, but we stayed for a maximum of 5 minutes before fleeing this s-hole. I am shocked to how nasty this hotel is, in every corner. From lobby to elevator to room to showers. The smell is horrible and I can say without a doubt that the rooms haven’t been cleaned for ages.

I had a great experience at KLIA by Avery. The 24-hour concierge service is incredibly convenient, and the hotel is super close to the airport – only about a 15-minute drive! There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very easy to grab a meal or essentials. Highly recommended for anyone with a layover or early flight!'

'Very friendly, kind and service with a smile staff.
I was assisted to my room and they wanted to carry my only suitcase. I had a room with king size bed and everything was very clean, several towels, ironing in the room available, water cooker, a couch. Sink, bathroom and toilet very clean. When I arrived in my room, I got a call from the front desk. They wanted to know if the room was satisfactory, which I confirmed.

'I stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and wanted to be close to the airport.
All communication regarding check-in and check-out was handled smoothly via WhatsApp. The responses were very quick, and they provided clear instructions along with a helpful PDF guide with images. Thanks to that, I was able to check in and out without any issues.
Unfortunately, I did spot a few cockroaches when I woke up in the morning, which was disappointing.
