'It’s always a pleasure to return to the Pestana Palace. There is always a warm welcome and the concierge and reception staff are excellent. It’s the beginning of the season so the waiting and room service staff aren’t 100% on top of things yet, but overall it’s still a lovely hotel. '

'Good clean basic accommodation- close to tram to the centre and 20 mins walk to conference centre. I couldn’t get there until later than the 8pm check in but had a number to call and was met at the apartment ( late check in fee ). '

'We very much enjoyed our stay in Belèm. I would absolutely stay here again. Its a quick walk to the waterfront to see the fortress and museums. The apartment isnt very soubd proof so keep that in mind. I utilized the provided fan and had zero trouble sleeping. My only suggestion for this property is to get a bigger saucepan, and some oven mits for the oven. There wasn't a big enough pot to make pasta so i used a cassarole dish in the oven but only had a thin towel to take it out. I did make...
