'Property and rooms were clean. Staff very polite.I had an issue. I was given a room key to a room that was occupied and the person was in the shower. Very upsetting!'

There were stains on the covers, carpet, and chairs; furniture was not cleaned (I.e., the eating table); a chair was broken; and there were a swarm of ants after dropping a fry on the carpet. We thought we could stay until check out the next day, but decided to leave. The staff were friendly and accommodating. '

Unfortunately, a crew of younger guest checked in and made the stay very uncomfortable! They were up all night being noisy and even created some damage to the property. 'This is the second year that I have held my son’s birthday at this location. Each year the boys have had a ball. They are able to setup their games system in the room, swim, and eat and celebrate in the lobby area. The rooms are clean and the staff were amazing. I appreciate this location. '

'Property and location was great just incredibly thin walls and windows unfortunately. We could easily hear the TV from the room beside until 1AM then kids were racing up and down the street until 2AM. Hotel is great though!'
