  • Het BOATHOUSE is een onafhankelijk huis met 3 slaapkamers, gelegen op de flats van Narooma, tegenover de Narooma Inlet en Boardwalk, dichtbij lokale winkels en voorzieningen.
    Parkeren voor de deur met gemakkelijke toegang, geen trappen slechts enkele meters van de voordeur.
    Neem uw fietsen mee of maak een gemakkelijke wandeling door de prachtige looppaden van Narooma, waar u zeehonden en reuzenroggen, veel zeeleven en zeevogels zult zien. Het Boathouse is slechts een korte wandeling, van winkels en cafe's, lopen naar het strand, om te zwemmen, snorkelen en vissen! Boot-opritten slechts enkele minuten weg! Een korte rit naar de schilderachtige golfbaan van Narooma. en surfstrand.
    Onze volledig zelfstandige huis, is comfortabel en schoon, het heeft 3 slaapkamers, met 1 Queen-size bed en 4 eenpersoonsbedden.
    "Alle linnengoed en handdoeken" zijn aanwezig, met alles wat u nodig heeft. Onlangs gerenoveerde badkamer, woonkamer / eetkamer, buitenruimte met barbecue, grote flatscreen-tv, split A / C en plafondventilatoren in alle kamers. Onlangs gerenoveerde Full Kitchen met alle geleverde apparatuur, wasmachine en veilige achtertuin.
    Beveiligde parkeergelegenheid, met ruimte voor 2 auto's of een boot. Alles is voorzien voor een geweldig verblijf in Narooma.
    Wanneer u in het Boathouse verblijft, gaat u rechtstreeks met de eigenaren om, u bespaart! Geen makelaarskosten, geen schoonmaakkosten en geen linnen- en handdoekkosten.

    Goed gepositioneerd en een geweldige prijs! Parkeer voor de deur, op slechts 2 meter van de voordeur, "Gemakkelijke toegang! Onlangs gerenoveerd begin december 2015!
    MET 'NEE' EXTRA KOSTEN VOOR LINNEN / HANDDOEKEN OF REINIGING!
    3 slaapkamers, 1 queensize bed en 4 eenpersoonsbedden, heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een comfortabel en ontspannen verblijf!
    Tegenover de Inlet Boardwalk, 5 minuten lopen naar winkels en Cafe's, dicht bij alle voorzieningen, heeft alles voor een comfortabel verblijf in Narooma. Loop 50 meter naar de promenade waar u kunt lopen naar de steiger of langs de promenade.
    Praat direct met de eigenaar, die u bij aankomst begroet.

Great house in a fantastic location

Great house in a fantastic location. House was very clean and tidy with all essentials like linen and towels supplied. Location is fantastic - walking distance to shops and cafes and the wonderful Bar Beach. Maya the host was very easy and pleasant to deal with.

A beautiful tropical themed garden, well secured even for a very small dog. Huge shower with non-slip tiles. Had a lovely family holiday.

We had a lovely weekend at The Boathouse. So cosy & comfortable. My husband was very spoilt with a homemade cheesecake on arrival for his birthday! Thankyou Maya, we will definitely be back.

Outstanding

Maya & John are the perfect hosts with a lovely and well-maintained property. The communication from booking to check was excellent. We were personally welcomed on-site and shown around the property, with Maya leaving us some fresh home-cooked cookies!!! I can not recommend the Boathouse at Narooma more highly.

Time to relax and enjoy life at the Boathouse

Thank you Maya & John for a wonderful stay at the Boathouse. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the water, shops, restaurants and cafes. The Boathouse offered everything we needed with good parking at the front door, clean and tidy accomodation with very comfortable beds and all amenities to self cater whether using the kitchen or the excellent bbq area. We also very much appreciated the lovely cheesecake and muffins provided by Maya, a special touch. If you are looking to explore Narooma and surrounds, the Boathouse is an excellent choice to use as a base. Hoping to return again soon.

The photo for this listing prompted my booking but was dissapointed to find there was no water view & we were on the main highway. Therefore the photo advertisement was a misrepresentation.

This was perfect break and in a lovely spot, the property was great with all the homey touches and welcome fro Maya. It was a birthday gift for my wife and she loved it.

A lovely house with easy walk to inlet and shops.

Maya is a superb host. The Boathouse is in a great location at the inlet and walking distance to beaches and shops. A big plus to have ceiling fans as well as AC.

Cozy Cottage

We had an enjoyable stay at the Boathouse. Nicely presented and comfortable accommodation. Such a warm welcome from Maya, the baked cheesecake was a lovely surprise. Couple of things needing attention. Bathroom and back bedroom doors hard to close. Busy Road but not too much of an issue. Such a great location close to IGA and restaurants. Great fish n chip shop up the road. Would definitely stay again!

A little piece of paradise

Quietly understated this property has all you need. The ideal location to explore and drink in the beautiful paradise location of Narooma. Comfortable beds and great shower for when you come home from the beach. For me it was a great escape that met my needs perfectly. Would stay again in an instance.

Cosy and convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Boathouse Narooma. The location was convenient allowing us to kayak,swim and fish. All within easy walking distance. Perfect for a couple and John and Maya the hosts were both helpful and charming.

Great Location

We stayed at the Boathouse to spend Christmas with family who live in the area and this property met our needs perfectly. It is close to everything, walking distance to the cafe, shops and right across from the bay. Being an original cottage is has it quirks but the owners have refreshed it and made it feel like home. I was particularly impressed and surprised with the how comfy the bed in the main bedroom was. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area visiting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything we needed was at hand, accomodation very clean. Issues were promptly addressed by owner. We liked how we could secure our kayak behind locked gate at night.

good position tired interior

we found property to be in good location, but in need of some attention, windows in some rooms don't open, bathroom door does not close, fan in bathroom/toilet does not work properly. Back bedroom window does not open so no ventilation as door has no security door on it. Property is in need of an update.
