Prima kamer en locatie. Ontbijt zeer mager. Personeel was bedroevend, dit hotel onwaardig: Onvriendelijk, geïrriteerd, ongeduldig.

Rooms were clean and seemed updated. Nice pool with loungers and umbrellas. Loved the shuttle service and the morning breakfast was good. Wish they had a small bar for cocktails

Our stay at the Capri Inn was very pleasant ,the staff was supreme and welcoming . Very nice and courteous . The amenities. Were such a plus to explore the town . Will definitely return .

The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly- however, when I booked this room, there was no disclosure that I would be required to pay a sizable resort fee in addition to the standard room rate, taxes, etc. I checked in around 5:30pm and was told that an additional $170 would be charged to my credit card for what effectively amounted to a one-day stay. As I was traveling for business purposes I was rarely at the hotel and did not use any of the amenities. In the future I will look to book elsewhere when traveling for business.

The property is lovely, beautifully decorated. Breakfast is easy. Snacks & drinks also. Parking is tricky in the lot and could use more space but it’s relatively easy to get a spot in the street very close by. Rooms are very nice. To be perfect, you could include full length mirrors, working fan in bathroom and a shower curtain. Thank you for a very nice visit.

Love that they had bikes available to use( with locks) and an easy ride to the beach and bike trail with board walks nearby. We borrowed those several times. Also walked to shops and restaurants on 5th, so nice to not worry about parking.

A little over priced for an average room. Towels and sheets were worn. Breakfast items were not available an hour after serving. No milk for coffee and tea. If you wanted a juice or cappuccino you were charged extra for that. Shuttle service was great. Front desk was inconsistent. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants in the evening but needed to rely on shuttle for the beach.

This hotel greatly exceeded our (already) high expectations. Perfect location close to Fifth Avenue yet just far away enough for quietness. Welcoming staff Clean clean clean Great beds, showers, fridge, microwave Cookies at 2 pm were the best Breakfast was nice - small but fine - baked goods were from a local bakery and were AWESOME!

Lovely boutique hotel close to everything downtown
I love that there is free parking right on site so you can take your car when you want to in and out. I love that they allow dogs. Their Internet was not working which was super frustrating, and the hot water during some hours was not hot due to laundry pulling the hot water...so another bummer....but other than that it was lovely!

This is my second year in a row staying at a opal collection hotel… Last year it was in Clearwater But unfortunately, this is my last year to stay with you … Your policy of all the money upfront, and nonrefundable… Even for extended stay… is too rigid of a policy for me and my family … These days people get sick or things happen and your policy of ( us it or lose it ) Is too restrictive for me Unfortunately, for both of us

Very nice boutique hotel close to top dining spots. Courtesy transportation to/from the beach. Nice continental breakfast. Only negative was that on one occasion in the middle of the day the water in the shower never got hot, just luke warm.

Pleasant Stay
Everything perfect! Walk in location for the best street in town full of restaurants and shops. Room is very comfortable, bathroom is big and clean. No brainer and I’m super picky.

Great location with a 5 minute walk to 5th Ave without the crowds and noise. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a great shower and comfortable bed. We will definitely stay here again whenever in the area.
