Beautiful getaway at this wonderful property

We had such a wonderful time just being away from the city! The house is gorgeous and the views stunning!! We did some great hiking nearby and also drove to Watkins glen national park. If you need a beautiful place to recharge then look no further! Thank so much!

The view the view the view!

The house is luxurious and lovely. It was well appointed and very comfortable. We particularly liked the large live edge dining room table. The best thing about the house were the large windows facing over Canandaigua lake. The views were so relaxing and peaceful. The wraparound porch is the best place to have a cup of coffee or glass of wine later in the day! As another poster mentioned, the lake is beautiful to view from the house, but there is no easy way to get to the lake. You have to use the car to drive. That did not bother our group, however. We completely enjoyed our stay!

Great Birthday Getaway!

Left the heat of Texas for a fun April birthday getaway with friends. House had everything you could ask for. House does not connect with the lake, this is not in the description and can be misleading if you don't read the reviews. House was perfect for a full day of relaxation with nothing on the agenda. Mindlessly hiking the roads that lead to the house was in itself a highlight. Location was excellent! Seneca wine trail, Watkins Glen State park and many breweries, distilleries and over the top restaurants. Even the town of Naples had everything we needed.

Beautiful and clean house with breathtaking lake view

We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the porch. Living room and three bedrooms have beautiful lake view. Kitchen is well stocked - including cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and various spice. We did not find microwave oven, and managed to heat soup in pot. Washer and dryer are in the basement and not accessible for guests to use, which could be inconvenient for longer stay. Overall, we recommend this house to everyone.

Amazing property with amazing views!

We had a girls trip and stayed for a long weekend. We had an amazing time. The house was spotless and the views were stunning. Perfect location to do things if you’d like (wine tours, cheese tours, breweries, hiking, water sports, etc) or stay in and enjoy the beautiful covered deck. We don’t have anything bad to say about our stay. We had no issues and the home had more than we expected (toiletries and amenities). The only minor thing — if we are being really picky— is we’d like to see a full length mirror. A girl needs a full length mirror! Otherwise this was an A++.

Beautiful house with a great view!

Loved the house, and the amazing view! Property was well taken care of. A few drawbacks for us: *We knew the property wasn't on the water, but was farther than we thought it was to get to the lake. That was disappointing with kids in tow. It could really use a hot tub to make up for that! *It's noticably missing a staircase down to the lawn from the wrap around deck, it wasn't very convenient to walk around the house to get down to the backyard. More than once we kept thinking the stairs down to the garage also went out to the yard, but they don't. *The loft master bedroom was nice, though being completely open to downstairs made it a bit impractical for our group. Also found it odd that the master bath doesn't have a ceiling to it so it's rather open as well to the whole house. *While the backyard was nice, nothing to do down there. A fire pit area would be a great addition (so would a hot tub but recognize that's much more expensive to add). *Curtains in the bedrooms were very thin/transparent and could use blackout curtains or at least something more substantial as to block light out if you don't want to wake up at dawn. *Lack of wifi - it's stated in the listing and we knew that going in, and wasn't a big deal for our group, but just generally find it odd not to have wifi available these days. The above are in regards to our particular group/needs (2 couples with children); those aside, the house is beautiful and the extra touches were greatly appreciated (lots of towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste if you forgot yours, lots of games and movies, condiments, coffee, etc). We had a good time and enjoyed the house! Thank you!

Fabulous home in Naples!

We had a wonderful stay in Naples! The house is beautiful - it is perfectly situated on the property and with all of the floor to ceiling windows we had amazing views of the lake from all angles. We really could not get enough of the views - to walk into the room and see the amazing blue lake with the green hills behind through the entire wall of windows was breathtaking!! The weather was perfect and to sit on the great wrap around deck morning, noon and night was wonderful! Not only was the house beautiful, it was perfect! We loved the open kitchen, great room and dining area so we could all be together easily. The great room was comfortable, the dining table was beautiful and very large and the kitchen was fabulous (large, great island with seating, nice appliances etc). It was well stocked with all the dishes and serving items we would need. There were also supplies like paper towels, trash bags etc which made everything easy. The 3 bedrooms and full bath downstairs were great and private. The upstairs loft bedroom and bath, where lovely (loved the shower). The openness of the rooms up there did not bother us at all. There is a cute little deck off the master loft which was so nice for a morning cup of coffee and more gorgeous lake views. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!

Gorgeous house with amazing views

We stayed here with my boyfriends three adult daughters and it was a perfect fit for us. The location was quiet and private and tucked away right below a scenic overlook and that was our view for our entire stay. Sunrise comes up over the mountain every morning with the wrap around porch and the lake view what more could you ask for. The house had everything you can imagine. The girls had their own section of the house with three bedrooms and a full bath and we had the loft. The only thing I would mention is the loft is very open and bright so if you need darkness to sleep I would choose one of the bedrooms. There is a full bath in the loft with pocket doors but there is no ceiling so sound sort of travels if it’s quiet. There is every little detail thought of from turbie twist towels for you hair to extra toothbrushes if you forgot on ..thoughtful little touches. And they left us an amazing treat ..which I meant to ask them where they got it. There were deer that would come visit in the morning and the evening which added to the view. Oh and the dining table which is not pictured in the listing is beyond incredible it was a live edge wood table with a bench on either side ..gorgeous with plenty of seating ..easily fit 5 or 6 people on either side. We picked this location because it was halfway in between Letchworth state park and Watkins Glen and slightly further to Ithaca and a million waterfalls and state parks all scattered in between. The drive to Watkins Glen area was a treat in itself because it is a mini version of Amish country which we loved. There is a section where the entire road is beautiful wineries, breweries and we even saw a cidery. Grist Iron Brewing Company Was our favorite and the food there was beyond delicious too ... nice surprise for a brewery Lots to do if you like the outdoors. Just a note there is no WiFi at the house..not a big deal for us we weren’t there for the internet but bring a hot spot if this is a must for you. And we had T-Mobile and Verizon for cell service and never had any issues. There is a DVD player so you could bring movies and games and the yard is huge . The tv had all the movies channels as well. This house was the perfect choice for us and we are already recommending it to our friends.

Lovely cabin

Lovely cabin, well kept, beautiful view. Excellent condition. Great location for Bristol Mountain - about a 5-10 min drive. We would definitely return! It was too cold to go down by the lake - it may be bit of a walk to get there as the cabin is high up. There is also no laundry in the cabin, and one of the bedrooms is a loft that is open to the downstairs. Not negatives, just good to know. Loved staying there and highly recommend!
