Tres bel appartement super emplacement mais bruyant la nuit

Tres bel appartement tres bien place et tres confortable. Nous avons visite Naples sans prendre les transports en commun car lappartement est tres central. Pour 2 adultes 2 ados et 2 enfants, tres bien. 2 bemols, equipement cuisine tres spartiate, aucune epicerie de base ni torchon ni eponge ni liquide vaisselle...et surtout tres mauvaise insonorisation sur la rue tres vruyante la nuit, etudiants en fiesta, sirenes, camiions poubelles etc. Si vous voulez oasser un bon sejour n oubliez pas vos bouchons d'oreilles.

TrĂšs bel appartement et trĂšs spacieux. Par contre, c’est trĂšs bruyant la nuit. Beaucoup de cafĂ©s et bars dans la rue, ce qui cause beaucoup de bruit.

The apartment was nice and in the nightlife area. Spacious although the advertisement was a little misleading. When I booked it said it sleeped 7 and 2 baths. Close to the time of our vacation the VRBO advertisement changed to only sleeps 4 with 1 bathroom which made some of our family nervous so they got another place. I tried to confirm the 4 vs 7 but never got a clear answer. It did sleep 7. The apartment could use a good cleaning of the floors. Also we were asked to wash the dishes which is normal but they did not provide any dish soap, paper towels or dish towels. Kind of odd so you know no one is really cleaning the dishes. Overall it was a nice stay just needs a couple improvements.

Great apartment; Poor service

We were very happy with the physical apartment. However, it was not very clean. Dishes were dirty were in the cupboards and used contact lenses were found on the ground. On top of that, we were not provided with blankets. We attempted to contact our welcoming agent to resolve this but got no response. So we slept with towels and sheets as blankets. After leaving, we were asked what we did with the blankets. Overall, this was a 2 star experience. The only thing keeping id from being a 1 star is that the apartment itself was beautiful.

Way too Noisy

I think one of the MOST important things about a lodging is that you can get proper sleep.This place is horribly located such that on Saturday night, there's some bar or club playing thumping music until 0330h in the morning.The windows do not provide any sound insulation and the bedroom we were in, the latches to secure the windows to provide a tighter seal were improperly installed such that the latch wouldn't even fit into the slot.We could hear the music, people screaming and yelling and cars and trucks and scooters. You name it, we heard it. Even when the music was done, there's all those loitering around causing noise.Sorry, never again.

Missed the mark, needs adjustment

The staff member that greeted us was great, very nice and professional. With some adjustments the stay at this apartment would have been a pleasant one. Specifically: - The living room air conditioner was not working on check in, and did not have a remote. It was reported by the staff member but was not fixed. - The first floor bedroom air conditioner stopped working on the third day. I suspect that these units are not able to handle the power being turned off and back on constantly. - The upstairs bathroom was obviously not clean, with hair on the floor and trash left in the waste basket. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. - The only provided one set of keys to the apartment, and those keys had the key to power the apartment and it could not be removed. This made it so your entire party had to come and go at the same time, or have some left without power or access. A two bedroom should have at least two sets of keys. - The additional fees should be more clear. We had to ensure that we had 50 euros in cash in order to check in for our 3 night stay. Other things to note: - Right next to the apartment is a nightclub that plays loud music until very late. This did not bother us but would many others. - There are many bars and restaurants in close proximity to the apartment. We tried several and they were great. I would not stay here again, nor can I recommend it, considering the lack of keys, cleaning and air conditioning issues.

Sehr gut gelegen, nachts aber laut von der Straße her. Ziemlich sauber und ordentlich. Große Wohnung. KĂŒche sehr basal eingerichtet, keine Schneidemesser, Schneidebretter, nur 2 Töpfe. Wasserkocher und Toaster vorhanden. Gute HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche und Shampoo, Seife etc.. Freundliche Übergabe der Wohnung. Leider nur ein einziger SchlĂŒssel

Outstanding Accommodations

Best Check-in experience of all my travels. The property manager was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. The location was in a quaint little neighborhood that my grandmother immigrated from more than a century ago. Full of friendly people and a strong food and beverage scene and walkable to every place we had tours booked from. My Family and I all concur that we had the best vacation of not only our Italy trip, but best vacation of our lives during our stay at this property and the time we spent in Napoli. The property stay was not flawless, and the management company quickly addressed our small complaint to our satisfaction. I would stay here again. Wonderful Italy was the overall best management companies that we have ever used. Kudos and congratulations.

Depends on what you are looking for


No parking, if you only have a backpack, great! Otherwise you will drag luggage for blocks. Once you reach the apartment, no elevator you must go up 2 flights of stairs. Great little party street, every night up til 2am so may not be great for young children. There’s a 3rd party company who manages the apartment, the host is filled with information and vomits it out so fast you are left not knowing anything! I came from America so I understand and respect different places and people, I would like the same back. As far as the apartment, plenty of space, 2nd bedroom is upstairs and 3rd bedroom is a part of the 2nd bedroom. it’s big, beautiful and clean!

Lovely apartment in the heart of Naples

We were so pleased with the apartment when we got there. It was really spacious for the 4 of us (two adults and two children). It is large enough to sleep seven if using the bed settee in the living room. A few things to be aware of 
 The kitchen lacked a couple of basic items such as a plug or washing up bowl (we improvised with a mixing bowl!), scissors and a tea-towel. The settee wasn’t the comfiest thing - as the seat tends to slide off when you are sitting on it! The property is close to the nightlife of Naples - so the local bars enjoy playing loud music until the early hours - so bring ear plugs, or be prepared to join in!! There are plenty of good things too - we were just around the corner from ‘pizza street’ with plenty of choices of places to eat! There were also local places to buy morning pastries and the local supermarket is 5 mins away. The local rep was lovely, gave us a really warm welcome and a brief but thorough guide of everything we should go and see in Naples - thank you Karin!
