Located 40 minutes from JR Nagaoka Station by car, KIRISAWA:BASE by Tiny Away in Oguni-machi offers a rural landscape that evokes traditional Japanese culture. Characterized by its rice fields and traditional Japanese houses ‘kominka’, it is a place that could be called the original landscape of Niigata. Enjoy the beautiful natural scenery throughout the year: the lush greenery of summer, the golden rice fields of autumn, and the blanket of pure white snow in winter.

Getting Around:

【車】



-（東京から） 関越自動車道練馬から約３時間半（約２５０km）、小千谷出口を出て一般道を１０分ほどで到着します。



[By Car]



-(From Tokyo) Take the Kan-Etsu Expressway from Nerima Ramp, travel approx. 3.5 hours (250 km), then exit at Ojiya Ramp. Drive on local roads for an additional 10 minutes to reach KIRISAWA:BASE.



【公共交通機関】



- （東京からの場合）　東京駅から上越新幹線に乗り、約１００分で長岡駅下車→ＪＲ信越線に乗り換えて２０分で塚山駅下車→塚山駅前から小国車庫前行きの越後交通バスに乗り、約１０分で桐沢木ノ下橋バス停下車→徒歩５分で到着します。



[By Public Transport]



- (From Tokyo) Take the Joetsu Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Nagaoka Station (approx. 100 min). Transfer to JR Shin-etsu Line to Tsukayama Station (20 min), then board the Echigo Kotsu Bus bound for Oguni-Shakomae. Get off at Kirisawa-Kinoshitabashi (10 min), and walk 5 minutes for KIRISAWA:BASE.



【飛行機】



-（東京からの場合）　羽田空港から新潟空港まで飛び、新潟空港から長岡までは電車または車で約１時間。長岡から後はPublic Transport項をご参照ください。



[By Air]



- (From Tokyo) Fly from Haneda Airport to Niigata Airport, then take a train or drive for about 1 hour to reach Nagaoka City / Station. Please refer to Public Transport section for the route thereafter.

-裏の焚き火エリア（旧田んぼ）ではキャンプ泊や焚き火、BBQも可能です。ご利用には事前予約が必要です。(焚き火・BBQ共に、￥1,000@1名様)

-薪を1束¥1,000で販売しています。

-調味料等はご用意ください。

-共用の洗濯機が母屋にあり、ご利用可能です。洗剤はご用意ください。

-電波は受信状態が良いですが、携帯通信会社によってはスマートフォンや携帯電話の電波が弱い場合がございます。

-チェックインしていない方、訪問者は、敷地への立ち入りができません。

-喫煙は指定エリアでのみ可能です（ウッドデッキの流し台エリア）。 その他サイト内での喫煙はお控えください。

- 当施設では歯ブラシのご用意はございませんので、ご持参いただきますようお願いいたします。

-お出かけの際には窓を閉め、ドアに鍵をかけていただくことをお忘れなく。

-照明、エアコン、電子機器類（充電器など）は必ずスイッチを切ってください。

-延泊、レイトチェックアウトについては別途費用が発生します。

-当施設はペット同伴でのご利用を歓迎します。ペットに関するマナーおよびルールを事前にお送りしますのでご確認ください。

-こちらはペット歓迎の施設です。ペットに関するポリシーをご到着前にお送りしますのでご留意ください。



- We have a Labrador Retriever in the main house.

- Wi-fi is available. (Please contact the land host for the password.)

- A BBQ grill/charcoal is available at an extra charge.

- Adjacent field (used to be a paddy field) can be used for camping, bonfire, or barbecue at an extra cost (\1,000 per person). Advance reservation required.

- Firewood is available at ¥1,000 per bundle.

- Please bring your own seasonings for cooking.

- A washing machine in the main house can be used. Please bring your own detergent.

- There may be a time when the signal for the phone may not be as good.

- Unauthorized guests and visitors are not allowed on the site.

- Smoking is prohibited, with the exception of the sink area on the wood deck.

- When leaving the tiny house, don’t forget to close all windows and lock the door.

- Please make sure all the lights, air conditioner, and other electronic devices (e.g., charger) are turned off.

- We would like to advise that extended stays and/or late check-outs will incur an additional charge.

- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent to you prior to arrival.
