'The facilities were adequate overall. However, the hotel advertises breakfast, which consisted of oatmeal in a packet, muffins, and granola bars. I do not consider this a continental breakfast, and the coffee was very disappointing. In addition to this, hotel promoted a swimming pool, yet it was locked during my stay and did not see anyone using it. 'I came to Nacogdoches for a funeral to be given this. The room was dirty had not been vacuum the carpet was filthy and not handicap accessible, only had a high tub and no shower. I had to find another hotel to stay in at 12:00 o’clock am. I called the hotels in the area and they couldn’t accommodate me. Finally I called the Sparks and they gave me a room. 'clean room and reasonably priced'

'The first room had bed bugs. I was bitten all over my arms, legs, and feet. I actually was able to take a video of one before I killed it. I showed my bites and the video to the guy at the front desk and all he said was that there had been people sleeping in that room and nobody had complained. He did move me to another room that seems to have been free of bed bugs.'

'Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in.
