Appartement à louer à Station de tramway NJPAC - Center Street

« I had a wonderful stay at this rental apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was provided. The host was kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would happily stay here again! The parking was a little difficult but it worked out . »

« Good overall. A bit overpriced for the location but it was Fifa World Cup week so that played a part. »

« This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this. »

« It was a good accommodation. However, it was describes as a penthouse, but it was in the basement. The “on site” parking was, in reality, public street parking we had to park blocks away not on site at all. Everything else was good. »

« We didn’t »

« Check in wasn’t great. Apparently there was a glitch with the app so I couldn’t get in contact with the host, but I tried on his personal cell and still got no reply. Got into the room 1 hour late because I didn’t have the codes to the room. The main room was clean and very comfortable. The window has an AC unit which is lovely. The bathroom was okay - definitely not the worst but the shower mat was super moldy so I didn’t use it. Overall okay, 3/5 stars »

« Property outside was not clean. Rung the bell NO ANSWER AT ALL. Called the number that was listed and was told that it wasn't an Airbnb and that the property was sold. Would never refer this property to anyone »

« Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service »

« It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all. »

« Very Clean, everything is really Great, we enjoyed in August 2026 with family of 5, Highly recommended ! »

« Clean, spacious and fully stacked with cleaning supplies. Would definitely recommend. »

« There was roaches all over the room and bathroom »

« Neighborhood isn't safe. Vermin/rats roamed outside of unit. - Owner failed to provide check in information until we were outside property in dangerous neighborhood. - False: “Each apartment provides a refrigerator and a microwave,…” Our room had neither. - One King Bed – that is how they determine “Sleeps 3” - Nothing safe in walking distance. - No air conditioning as stated on Expedia. - Water pressure is minimal. - Was unable to get refund because I started the check in process just to...

« The unit is extremely close to the Prudential Center. Host was extremely quick to answer any questions I had. The unit was clean and came with pretty much anything you could need to show up with just clothes and groceries. »
