'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'Check in went smoothly, staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. First night there was some excessive noise from the room next door that woke me up early in the morning but that is not the Inn's fault. Overall great stay - close to lots of ammenitieis and a short distance to the Wayne Gretzy Sports Centre. Price point is great and would stay again. '

'Kitchen was great. Very clean. Everyone in the hospital was respectful of one another. I didn't bring my pet but something tells me she probably would have been welcome. The staff, the staff was great the owners are great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a nice clean quiet place that is inexpensive and yet very Central and possesses all the amenities one could want. Down to earth people.'
