Parking
• The parking garage is compact. Please keep this in mind when planning what vehicle to take. It will not fit any large or oversized vehicles.
• There is a parking lot for over-sized vehicles longer than 16 Feet (192 inches). Space is limited and is first-come, first-served. A spot cannot be guaranteed.
• The onsite building management will ticket and tow vehicles that are under the dimensions listed above that are parked in the oversize lot.
• No Motorcycles are allowed.
• We are not responsible for ticketed or towed vehicles. Please read the signage thoroughly and be respectful; of Ocean Forest Plaza's parking regulations. This will ensure that everyone gets to enjoy their vacation without complications!

• The guests will have access to on-site laundry facilities on the 7th floor for added convenience.
• This building does not allow renters to have trailers, golf carts, or motorcycles.

• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
• No pets are allowed.

• No smoking allowed, including E-cigarettes or vape pens (this includes the balcony).
