For travelers flying in, Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is only about 25 minutes from the resort.

This condo is located in the Lodge section of Ocean Creek Resort, offering a peaceful setting with a short walk or seasonal tram ride to the beach.

The unit is privately owned and professionally cleaned before each stay.

Resort amenities and hours (such as pools, tram service, or on-site restaurants) may vary by season and are managed by the HOA.

Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Guests must be 25 or older to book and stay unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the unit or on the balcony.

A starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) is provided. For longer stays, guests may need to replenish supplies.

Please review all check-in details and house rules prior to arrival to ensure a smooth stay.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.

No Motorcycles of Trailers are allowed on the Resort Property or Parking Area.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
