Cozy Beach House-Just Steps From Beach!

This adorable beach house with easy access to Garden City Beach is ready for your next getaway! This 3 bed, 2 bath home accommodates up to 8 guests (6 adults max) and has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The house has an awesome location- it’s situated across the street from Garden City Beach (a minute from the front door to the sand!) and just a few blocks away from the pier, restaurants/bars, and entertainment. Murrells Inlet Marshwalk is a few minutes' drive, and Myrtle Beach and all of its fun family attractions are just a short drive away.

You’ll love enjoying your morning coffee on our breezy front porch, and when you’re ready to hit the beach, all you need to do is cross the street! The closeness to the beach makes it easy to pop back to the house to grab food, refresh drinks, or use the bathroom. At the end of the day, you can rinse off the beach with our outdoor shower head. You can make a relaxing dinner at home with the fully equipped kitchen, or take a quick drive to the numerous restaurants and bars near the home. If you choose to make it a night in, we have board games as well as two smart televisions (no cable) to help entertain you.

The home has 3 bedrooms: The master has a queen bed and a private, full bathroom. Guest room #1 has a queen bed, and guest room #2 has two sets of bunk beds (only our smallest, youngest guests on the top bunks, please). These two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower. There is also a full-size sofa bed in the family room.

The dining area has a large table, and there is an additional dining table on our porch.

PLEASE NOTE: While we want all of our guests to have a great time, this is NOT a party house. This is not the house parents rent for their underage children to celebrate graduations or school breaks. Primary renters must be at least 25 years old and staying on the property for the duration of the reservation. Underage drinking will not be tolerated.

This is the 2nd time we've rented 'three little birds'. Great location. Walking distance from the pier. Five minutes from Murrells Inlet.There has only ever been two of us but it sleeps more. Kitchen is small but well appointed. Beds are excellent!Sitting on the porch and having a cup of coffee in the morning is the best part.Minor disconnect with the door code which was resolved in literally minutes (we were using the code given last time, my mistake). 5 minutes, if that, to the beach!Just all A's!

Loved 'Three Little Birds'

So we spent a week at the 'three little birds' cottage in Garden city. The location was perfect, minutes from the beach. A 5 minute drivel to the inlet. Try the Dead Dog, great food. The house itself was great. Two masters, one with its own bath, one a shared jack and jill. An additional bedroom with bunks which would be perfect for the kids. Kitchen was small but perfectly workable with a nice dining area. All nicely appointed with TVs in every room. We never turned them on but they looked new!Really nice outdoor balcony to watch the birds or just have a coffee.The only down side, only a single cup Keurig. There might have been a coffee pot but we didn't look! On and on arrival, the towels were nicely arranged in the shape of animals. Just a nice touch.Enjoyed our stay greatly! Considering booking again in the fall!

Loved this stay will book this again for next year. Had everything I needed in the kitchen, washer and drier, close to the beach, and plenty of parking. If you bring a trailer, there’s plenty of room in the front of the house( I had a tall trailer couldn’t fit under the house)

This house was clean and comfortable,beach access close by,pier is about a 15 minute walk, a golf cart works in nice,restaurants and stores are a short ride away. Hosts are really nicehouse is well stocked,bathrooms are roomy and clean,i would reccomend it.

Property was clean and cutely decorated. They let us check in early which was nice. Short drive to restaurants and things to do. Great place to bring your dogs and also great for families. All the bedrooms were nicely appointed. We would stay again.

The property could use a good paint job. The porch was dirty and not just because of the sand. There was hair pulled out of the main bathroom tub. And there was dried food in some of the pots and on dishes. All said though, we enjoyed our stay and when we reported an issue with the drier, the owner sent her repairman and the problem was fixed quickly.

Great beach stay with caring property owners

This is All about location. 2min stroll to the beach means you don’t have the headache of loading a car or cart as you can carry everything to the very kid friendly beach ( morning have low tide and gives the kids a big tide pool to play in). Tiffany in property management went way beyond needed to help us out on an issue of our own creation. Thank you Tiffany. Everyone else, stay here!

Perfect locale

Obey time on the front porch and walk to the beach and into town. House is perfectly located. Tiffany was quick to respond to requests, inor concerns. House was comfortable. Loved the hardwood floors. Kept the house cool, along with the ceiling fans. We had a great time! There’s a “ring/nail” challenge in the car port, fun to wind down the evening and keep the littles entertained. Good, relaxing time with Famiy!

Exactly what we were hoping for!

The location of this adorable house is perfect. It’s a stones throw to the beach and close to several businesses to pick up groceries or a bite to eat. The house was clean and well stocked. It was a perfect getaway! Tiffany was a great host…very responsive! Thank you!

Heaven!

I found my heaven at Three Little Birds and Garden City Beach! Spent five weeks here and the home and location are just perfect. Being right across the street from the ocean for daily walks and stargazing was definitely the icing on the cake. The entire area is walker friendly with many ways to mix up your routes. Quiet street and friendly neighbors round out the "awesome factor"! Thanks to Tiffany for definitely being a premeir host! Will be back in the future for sure!

We really liked the location so near the beach. It was also easy to get to shopping and dining nearby. We were impressed with the way the city of Garden City Beach was responding to damage from Hurriane Ian. Things are getting back to normal very quickly. Tiffany was very responsive to our minor concerns. Overall, an excellent stay.
