SAFETY AND SECURITY: For the safety and security of our guests and property, This home is equipped with three exterior security cameras. One camera is located at the front of the home, facing the doorway entrance, the second camera is positioned on the rear of the home, monitoring the backyard, the third camera is in the garage facing the driveway. These cameras are solely for security purposes and do not capture any interior spaces.

BEACH GEAR INCLUDED: Peace Vacations has partnered with VayK Life to provide beach gear rental services for our guests! Enjoy a valuable credit during your stay for beach gear rentals if your reservation is for 3 to 21 nights. This property offers a daily credit of $50, which can be used for items such as bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, beach carts, and more. The choice is yours to make the most of your beach experience!

COMMUNITY: DeBordieu Colony is a very private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island South Carolina on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf tennis and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Rentals guests. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week and you may decide to stay forever.

MAXIMUM VEHICLES: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 6. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Golf Membership which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club dining tennis and our champion Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day plus a $20 activation fee. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees. Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained and equipped housekeeper employees provide greater security, quality and accountability. We do not utilize third party cleaning companies. We use CDC housekeeping protocols, approved disinfectants and personal protection equipment. Our properties are private, well maintained, hygienic and sanitized. A whole safe and private space just for you and your family.
