'Room Was run down, dirty floor, moldy shower, and they didn’t put me in the room I had booked'

'Excellent stay'

'Everything was great. I don’t really see the purpose of paying for parking though. Good stay overall'

'The hotel was amazing, friendly staff, great breakfast, clean environment. The list goes on and on.'

'it was good'

'Enjoyed my stay at the property.'

'Seems like a newer property. I had a very clean stay with comfortable bedding in a safe area!'

'Nice place to stay.'

'Had the room immediately next to the lobby and front desk. Was charged again for room after pre-paying, still see pending on my card despite checking with the desk and filling out a feedback form after visit. Front desk staff were loudly working between 3:30am-6am so we couldn’t sleep at all. Cracks in the ceiling, shades in room didn’t work. Very dated room. Bed was clean and fine. Breakfast was then oddly one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. Just a very, very odd stay.'

'Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, mainly because of the extremely poor customer service at the front desk. Before my arrival, I contacted the hotel management and requested an early check-in between 1:00 and 1:30 PM instead of the standard 3:00 PM. They added a note to my reservation for the front desk staff and confirmed the request again when I called the day before arrival, explaining that early check-in would depend on room availability. I arrived at around 1:30 PM...

'Everyone was helpful. Breakfast was very nice.'

'Erg fijne kamer. Ligt wel eindje van detroit af, dus een auto is een must. Kamers zijn ruim en alles wat je wenst is aanwezig. Koffiezetapparaat incl. '

'Accurate to the price '

'This hotel will definitely fool you! The lobby/front desk area is clean and presentable. The actual hall corridors, elevators and rooms are filthy! One of the elevators did not work causing me to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The hallway wreaks of an old mold smell. The room itself was dirty and had gnats flying around in the bathroom. I would not stay here ever again.'
