Family holiday

A wonderful weeks holiday with family - the villa is excellent, very well equipped with lots to do for all ages of the family. Very clean and fully air conditioned. The pool is pretty with a large amount of pool toys. Plenty of sun loungers. Jason and his wife were very welcoming and helpful. Exceeded our expectations.

Desde el principio todo estuvo perfecto, los anfitriones fueron encantadores, nos dieron recomendaciones de restaurantes de la zona, supermercados
 La casa estaba muy limpia y es tal y como se ve en las fotos. La piscina climatizada un plus en las fechas que fuimos. Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para una estancia de vacaciones, todo tipo de ocio y menaje.

Ideal for a large family reunion

We stayed here in April for a large family reunion with a group ranging in age from 1 to 91, and it worked really well for us. There were 18 of us mainly adults (plus a baby), and the space was comfortable and well set up for a group that size. The kitchen was probably the best-equipped we’ve ever had in a holiday rental – all kinds of coffee makers and plenty of large pans, which made cooking for everyone much easier.There was a great selection of games, and the play area and toys for the baby were great. We also appreciated the large outdoor seating areas, where we could all eat together, and the barbecue area.The location was very convenient – just 20 minutes to Alicante and the beach, with some great local hikes nearby too. There were also a few cafĂ©s, restaurants, and a golf club just a short walk away which we made use of.Jason, the host, was very friendly and helpful, always available if we needed anything. It was a really good spot for our gathering, and we’d definitely recommend it for larger groups or families.

What a fantastic Villa!!

Beautiful villa, everything was taken care of! Ordered too much shopping for the first day as Jason and his lovely wife had already stocked the cupboards and fridges! So much to do there that you really don't need to leave, pool, air hockey, hot tub, sauna...we loved it all!! Great comunication, and wonderful facilities! We'd definitely all stay again , airhocky

Perfect villa for a large group of friends / family

What a find! We needed a villa to accomodate 5 families all of whom had children between the ages of 4 and 8 and this villa delievered. Super safe, self enclosed, lovely quiet and relaxed neighbourhood, close to a small supermarket and restaurants.

2 Weeks in Muxtamel

The Villa was beautiful to stay in and the host, Jason, was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We had an intimate wedding take place with the guests that were staying at the Villa and Jason was very kind in not only letting us use the space for this purpose, but also in collaborating with the wedding planners. The property looked fantastic, the pool was heated to a great temperature, and the landscaping was immaculate. All the appliances were easy to use and modern. There was a minor sink issue, but Jason and his wife were on the ball immediately and fixed the discrepancy. This was a great place to stay with friends and family, and I would highly recommend the Villa for anyone looking to host a larger group.

Fantastic property and even better host

The property is exceptional, private pool being the main sellong point for us when we stayed. Couldnt fault it, other than being a little far out but its still only 20 minutes in a taxi to Alicante so not that bad. But the real star is Jason and his family, who were incredible hosts who lived closed by so when i accidentally locked us out, Jason was round in no time at all to help us out. Truely made our stay brilliant.

Amazing House For Family Holidays

Met personally by hosts Jason and Mirabel. Nice people. Able to leave luggage securely and walk to local restaurant (2 mins) until check in. Villa much bigger than it seems with loads of beds, seating and private spaces. Jason leaves a really well stocked basics pantry including beer and juices so no need to rush to supermarket. Everything you need for preparation of food and keeping drinks cold. Large laundry room. Sauna if you need extra heat. Large younger kids family room with boys and girls toys. Adult games room and bar on lower ground with pool table, air hockey and darts. Loads of spirits behind bar. Table tennis in kids play room. Large heated pool (til end April) with all the pool toys and floats. Really short walking distance to restraints and golf club. Golf prices reasonable ~€45 per round without buggy. Practice balls and putting accessible without playing a round. Large garden safely enclosed for kids to play as is pool. Sun trap outside front door in afternoons. Whole property well secured. Large bbq with all the coals, lighters, wood and tools. Private dining option available with the correct notice time. Jason close by to deal with any information, queries or issues (accidentally locked ourselves out). Can’t praise this villa too highly. Wish it was mines but perfect for a quiet chilling weeks family break. Well done guys. Other guests will not be disappointed.

Fabulous Family Gathering

We loved our week in this wonderful Villa. I have never stayed in such a well equipped house. None of us wanted to leave. Cooking facilities were fabulous. Jason even produced wood for a paella for all 14 of us. The pool was heated and there was something for all of us from the 3 yr old to the 70 yr olds. Wonderful grown up games room with large screen TV and pool tables for adults and a fabulous children’s play room. House was spotless. We will definitely be coming again.

Great vacation house, with all you need

We spent the easter week, 12 people, 3 generations from 7-80 years of age. Big house! Jason treated us and had bought us food and drinks, so we should be fine for the first day. what a nice gesture. Cozy restaurant down the street that we visited several times. also a small grocery store nearby. Large golf course around the property, and nice walking opportunities. 10 minutes to drive to the beach promenade El campello. Jason had booked a chef for us, who came to the house and cooked to order. Recommend her; Chef Lorena Vanderberg. Things to mention; large and newly renovated kitchen, with all equipment. heated pool was a success for young and old. The lower floor with a bar, pool table and lots of other goodies was frequently used by several of us. many different seating groups, both indoors and outdoors. The children were also fascinated by the large television on the terracell. All in all a great stay. Thank you very much for letting us rent. Regards, Jannike with family.

family holiday

Hosts couldn't do enough to make our stay great. Villa was very well stocked with ample provisions (including beer and wine) to start. Abundant activities available and plenty of facilities for self catering. Didn't need to eat out much but La Perla (French) was great and The Loft also good, both just a short walk. Garden was lovely and villa looked beautiful lit at night. Jason (host) was quick to respond via messaging or email. 19 of us this year and hoping to book for 22 next year, just awaiting flights etc. Highly recommended.

Great oportunities

Our stay in Villa Cassablanca has been a fantastic and wonderful experience. The house was perfect for our large family, 20 people, beautiful rooms with attached bathrooms. Both young and old had the opportunity to play and have fun together, with a myriad of play equipment, and not least in the large, beautiful pool, also here with various swimming rings, and water toys, sunbeds, and pool towels for everyone The fact that the garden was lit up in the evening gave children and adults the opportunity to continue playing after dark. Amazing Property - Amazing Hosts

We had hoped for a great property and it more than delivered! Really spacious, fabulously maintained and had everything you could possibly need. Great all round facilities, with large swimming pool and lots of loungers, numerous TVs, including one outside, which made watching the Wimbledon Tennis final all the more special. Plus on arrival we were amazed to find the pantry & fridge already stocked! The Host (Jason) was super friendly/helpful and very fast to respond to any questions we had. All in all, an absolutely fabulous holiday and would love to return.....1 week was definitely not enough! :-)

Family holiday

A wonderful property that is great for a large family or group and a short drive from Alicante airport. Lots of entertainment in the villa to keep young and old busy. Host very responsive prior to arriving and wonderful to find the fridge and pantry stocked with essentials (and beer) so didn't need to rush off to supermarket when we arrived. The pool area is large and great for the kids. The local bars and restaurants (less than100m away) were good and welcoming with prices reasonable. Many beaches a short drive away. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Me and my family had a really good time due to luxury villa, everyone had they own space, very big and comfy beds and bedrooms, plenty of different games and kids toys, we felt like at home, just only one thing: neighbors are next to the villa and they may not be happy if you are very loud.
