'The staff at the Hampton were some of the nicest staff members I have ever met at a hotel. The breakfast was excellent!! Couldn’t be better. The hotel may consider getting some new carts for customers to use for unpacking/packing. One cart had a broken wheel and all were very difficult to steer.'

'Please for the sake of running a successful business, remove Tonya from the front desk and customer interaction. She was rude on the phone and ever worse in person. The young lady she was training however was very pleasant. I actually felt bad that she had to deal with her for the entire day. She repeatedly belittled her in my short interaction so I can only imagine how she speaks to her without guest present. The property itself could use some maintenance but overall was very clean,...

'Had a great time at the Captain's Quarter. The room and bathroom were clean, and the beds was comfy. We rented a room with a kitchenette, we brought our own cookware but realized we forgot a few things, luckily the kitchen was equipped with everything we neede. We also enjoyed the well maintained pool.'

'Absolutely incredible staff and great experience, my only concern was that almost every outlet wouldn't hold a charging cord. They constantly fell off. The hair dryer in our room was broken as was the shampoo container in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a fun experience.'
