A warm welcome by a friendly host, flexibility with the check-in, a very comfortable and clean room. Good bed and airconditioning, small kitchenette with everything you could need. Fresh fruit, bread, croissants and so much more for breakfast. Service is excellent and friendly. And although it is in the middle of a busy street, the rooms are very quiet due to excellent soundproofing...

I could store my luggage when arriving early and leaving late, and they kindly let me check in two hours before the regular time.There was a small issue with hot water, but the clear instructions on the wall made it easy to fix by myself. The beds were much more comfortable than any European bed I've slept in :) Service was prompt and clear, like coming to fix our safe and bring towels. Walkable to anywhere.
