'My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot.
One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time.
The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...

'Do not believe the fake 10/10 reviews. Read through the 2/10 reviews. They are spot on. The room was disgusting. 'We requested a room with 2 queen beds, they gave us a room with one bed, when we went to the reception to let them know they took over 1/2 hour to then tell us that they did not have any rooms available with 2 beds, and couldn’t provide us with two rooms either, they told us with no worries in the world that they overbooked and couldn’t do anything for us. Basically left us stranded after a very long trip and being super exhausted.'

'I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7.'

'Even though the rooms say smoke-free, they are not. Our room smelled like smoke, and they had no other rooms to move me. The walls and ceiling are yellow ..prob from the smoke.
