'Excellent location just off the highway. I think a bit overpriced for the 3 stars. Breakfast was a mess they were out if products already at 10pm. One of the receptionist then quickly filled up simple things like bitter and cheese. Rooms were fine, very basic but I didn't expect much more actually. Good air-conditioning which I didn't get to see at our next hotel. '

'Absolutely first class- everything! Staff could not have been more attentive. The hotel rooms could not have been nicer- absolutely like new! Hotel has a historical feel with modern decor and amenities. The location was excellent as well. Close to Duomo. May go back to Orvieto just to stay here again (we only were in town one night this trip). '

'The bed is really good, the room spacy and clean and the location convenient.
However a couple of downsides:
-communication was not good. I have called a day before for checkin instructions. They would be send the next morning. I did not receive them and had to ask again.
- The window does not keep any noise out, so you wake up when the locals start shouting outside from 7am.
- It says “parking available”, this is simply not true. The guesthouse is in a pedestrian zone and free parking is...

'Easily found hotel on the main road, therefore there is some traffic noise if you have a room at the front. Room was good, with a comfortable bed, and very clean. The lady and gentleman who checked us in/out were very friendly.
The walk into town from the hotel is doable and fairly level, where you can then take the funicular up to the old town (just beware it closes early - 7.30pm when we visited in October). '
