An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. Our room was booked 4 months ago...never saw that the pool was closed for renovations. In person the office staff just quoted that Facebook had the update of pool closure. « We liked the condo and enjoyed our stay. It was cute and cozy. You can’t see the beach from the condo but it is a very short walk to the beach. There are public beach access spots across the street. There is a rinse off shower under the building making it easy to clean up before heading ba k up to the condo. We enjoyed getting to sit out on the deck and eat. IThe condo was clean though a bit dated and some maintenance was lacking. Some of the ceiling fans would not work or would work at random...

It is only a couple blocks from the beach not that I had a chance to go there and the area is, loaded with things to do. I would stay there over and over and over again. »
