'Our stay was great at King Fisher cabin. It was spacious, clean and well furnished. The property was right on the river with 2 decks and a dock. It also has a large garage and a fish cleaning bldg. Our host was very attentive and communicated as needed with us. Only draw back was the road to the cabin, it was in poor shape and needed some serious maintenance. '

'For a quick trip it was a decent stay. House is listed as 3 bedroom but 3rd bedroom was freezing to where nobody could use it. Wouldnt stay again unless i only needed 2 bedrooms. Other than that wasnt a bad experience.'

'We had a wonderful 1 week stay and enjoyed the porches very much! The driveway is difficult to navigate in a larger vehicle (we have a truck) but got through it. Love the peace and quiet!'

'Treehouse is small but cozy. Great view of the river and easy access to it. Surrounding area is beautiful. Be aware that the treehouse itself is only the bedroom. The kitchen is outside and using the restroom requires going downstairs, across a lawn, and upstairs again. Overall it was a nice stay and very reasonable for the price. '

'Wij verbleven 2 nachten in BlackBeary Cottage in de Blue Ridge Mountains tijdens onze roadtrip door de Zuidelijke staten. De cottage was prima voor ons drieen. Fijne woonkamer met lekkere bank en grote open haard (die wij niet hebben gebruikt) Goede keuken en prima badkamer. De bedden (en vooral het beddengoed) waren heerlijk. De cottage ligt in een gebied met veel meer cottages, dus niet te afgelegen en toch had je veel privacy. In de omgeving kun je diverse wandelroutes lopen en in het stadje...
