The house, very spacious and bright is fully equipped and ready for you to spend a wonderful vacation on the beach. In addition, it has a large terrace fully furnished ideal for spending time outdoors and enjoy the wonderful weather that the island offers.



The house stands out for its good location, very close to the magnificent sandy beach of the Bay of Alcudia and its good communication with the entire north coast of the island. Platges de Muro is a tourist area where you will find many supermarkets, shops and a variety of restaurants, as well as a multitude of services and a wide range of leisure activities. The famous areas of Port d'Alcúdia or Can Picafort are only 10 minutes away by car.



Air conditioning:



As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the living room, the master bedroom and the distributor of the other bedrooms. In the other rooms you will find radiators and fans at your disposal.
