Beautiful 3 bed Ground Floor Apartment on the 5 star Condado de Alhama Resort

A well equipped 3 bed ground floor apartment with one family bathroom. We are located on Naranjos 6 which is a small, quiet garden. Our apartment leads out on to the pool area. The property has a garden area at the front of the property which has quality garden furniture available for your use. The back terrace leads from the double bedroom, this lends itself to relaxing breakfasts overlooking the mountains.

Our property is suitable for golfing holidays as we are located a 2 minute walk from the Golf Club and golf course. Our apartment is suitable family holidays and short breaks. We are also happy for short term rentals in the Winter months where you can enjoy the tepid temperatures.

The Al Kasar is located a short 10 minute walk away and boasts restaurants, bars, a beauty salon and a pub. Entertainment is usually always available in one of the bars.

The Condado Club, also on site and a longer walk of 20 minutes also offers food daily, entertainment, Tennis Courts and their also Gym Facilities with regular classes.
The resort is 30 minutes from Puerto Mazzaron where there is a choice of lovely beaches and walks. The Puerto also offers bars and restaurants, entertainment and a little retail therapy.

Condado de Alhama is well placed for lots of other local attractions and there is a local bus service and facilities to book trips.
