Villetta Saeprus

If you dream of spending a holiday in absolute relaxation, in contact with nature and close to the most beautiful beaches of the South East of Sardinia, this is your ideal destination. Villetta Saeprus is located inside our vineyard, in an excellent position, about 10 minutes from the beach of Costa Rei. You will have the opportunity to spend a splendid holiday being able, at your leisure, to alternate your days between the sea and our welcoming swimming pool reserved for you.
The space
Villetta Saeprus is our little refuge created with guests in mind who want to spend a relaxing holiday in a space exclusively dedicated to them. In fact, the villa, which is part of a complex of three apartments, has a private entrance, a swimming pool and a garden for exclusive use.
It consists of a large veranda, a small kitchen and two spacious bedrooms both served by a private bathroom. Outside there is a garden with green lawn and a comfortable swimming pool.
You can take long and relaxing walks or train along the roads that surround our large vineyard as well as on the less busy ones in the area. In just 20 minutes by mountain bike you can reach the beautiful beach of Feraxi, a paradise for children who can play and swim in very clean and shallow waters. From the large patio you can enjoy the view of the vineyard in the period of the year in which the green of the vines contrasts with the most typical colors of the hot Mediterranean summer. You will have the opportunity to attend the activities we carry out in the vineyard during the summer, among which the grape harvest stands out in September. A barbecue is at your disposal, allowing you to organize grilled meat or fish to be paired with the excellent wines produced by the local Cantina di Castiadas.
You will be fascinated by the chirping of crickets, by the discreet gaze of the moon surrounded by the twinkling of stars, all immersed in the intense scents of the Mediterranean scrub, enhanced by the fresh night air. It will not be uncommon to encounter small and friendly wild animals such as the European hedgehog, elegant diurnal birds of prey, such as the buzzard and the hawk, nocturnal ones such as the little owl and the barn owl. The presence of hares, wild rabbits and partridges is frequent in the vineyard and in the surrounding countryside.

Villetta Saeprus is an independent structure with all spaces for exclusive use.
Our guests can use a covered internal parking, reserved and free.
Other things to keep in mind
The swimming pool is available to guests from May 15th to October 15th. Any variations may be agreed if weather conditions allow.
The service of supplying sheets and towels upon arrival is included in the cost of the stay.
For the stay, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which we will pay to the Municipality of Muravera.
