'We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel, which offered a beautiful spa, very clean (and large) rooms, and incredible amenities such as tennis courts, golf courses, spa, club house and croquet. 'All staff were extremely friendly and down to earth. Very warm greeting by the owner on arrival introducing herself and giving a brief history of the business. Showed us around and explained how things are done with the bar, breakfast etc. even introducing us to their pet, Lionel the parrot. We were given a choice of 2 rooms to pick from. 'Such a lovely, clean and comfortable place. Right from the friendly welcome by Matt through to the personal attention and friendly goodbye by both Mel and Matt, our stay was to write home about! Comfy room with all amenities and the breakfast!!! Cannot be beaten! Matt was always willing and able to give lots of advice re tourist sites, restaurants, etc. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach and Boscombe Pier with lots of restaurants and activities for young and old. No doubt we'd stay...

'Wij hadden een redelijk grote kamer met ‘sea view’. Heerlijk warm in deze tijd van het jaar (december). Direct aan zee met goede verbindingen naar Bournemouth en Christchurch. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren kan in de zomer een probleem vormen. Zeker aan te bevelen!'
