🐾 One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement only.

A dog supplement of £40 applies for stays of up to five nights. For longer stays, an additional £10 per night applies, capped at a maximum of £120 per booking.

We kindly ask that dogs are not permitted on furniture or within the bedroom area.

Pets must be declared and approved before arrival. Failure to disclose a pet may result in applicable fees and additional cleaning charges.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

Early check-in from 1:00 pm: £20

Late check-out until 12:00 pm: £20

Unauthorised early check-in or late check-out may result in additional charges.

★ Lost Property Returns ★

If personal belongings are left behind, we are happy to assist with returning them where possible.

A £10 handling fee applies to cover postage, packaging, and administration.

Additional postage charges may apply for larger or high-value items.

Unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.

A standard allocation of bed linens and towels is provided based on the number of guests booked.

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essential household items. Once these have been used, guests are welcome to purchase additional supplies as required during their stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire suite and private patio area throughout their stay.

★OUR CANCELLATION POLICY★

We offer a flexible cancellation policy consistent with industry-standard short-term rental practices.

Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in.

No refund if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of check-in, including no-shows or early departures.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Any non-recoverable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund.


Other things to note
Please note: This listing does not have a kitchen or kitchenette. There are no cooking facilities, sink, hob, oven or microwave. The suite includes a coffee station with a Nescafé Vertuo coffee machine, mini-fridge, table and chairs (as seen on photos), making it ideal for short stays while enjoying the excellent cafés, pubs and restaurants just a short walk away.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:

• No smoking or vaping indoors
• No parties or events
• Dogs must not be left unattended in the suite
• Unauthorised parties, events, or additional guests may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund
• Please respect neighbouring properties and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during evening hours
