« We hit traffic on the way up, but Carrie was still available for our late check-in. She was super helpful and accommodating and gave us loads of ideas for activities and directions in the area. We stayed in the largest treehouse and it was exactly as advertised in the photos. « We stayed for a long weekend in Mid-May (during mud season) to do a bit of hiking and a lot of board games/movies/cabin time. The unit was everything we wanted, very well equipped, clean, and pleasant to stay in. Dave Kim have a very heavily automated process for check in and communication, but were also very quick to reply to our messages/questions through VRBO in addition. We also really liked the area, views, etc. and would recommend both the cabin and location very highly »

« Dog friendly, large open spaces, inside and out, comfortable rooms, awesome firepit and hot tub!! Close to trails and town. Couldn't ask for a better vacation home! We will definitely stay there again. »

« The place is in the perfect location and a 5-minute walk to everything in town (restaurants, coffee, stores, even multiple hiking/walking trails. The owners thought of everything from games, cards, speakers, books, extra blankets-pillows-towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, even the forgotten items like toothpaste, toothbrushes, razers, etc. The kitchen was nicely labeled ensuring you had everything one would need for cooking (included even spices, oils, coffee, tee, etc). « We had a wonderful stay at NOCO. The house was perfect for the size of our group (4 adults and 4 kids). There was just enough snow for the kids from SC to get a taste of winter and it was great to be able to walk to the village in North Conway. It was close to Mt. Cranmore where we were able to have some tubing fun. Elvis is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. »

« The house was clean and updated, had closets to store clothing, and a nice layout for hanging with family. The kitchen was well stocked, with new appliances. There were some spices, coffee filters, sugar packets and creamers. We enjoyed the fire pit, there was plenty of stacked wood, chairs and small tables around it and string lights hung on the trees. « We had a great stay. House was wonderful. The bottom floor does not have heat but heaters are provided. A bit getting use to but ended up being fine. Great communication and great spot. Will definitely rent again. »

« An adorable little house for the week our floors were being done (last week of March). Nice property that would be superb in any season (but obviously a bit muddy when all is thawing). Dog fence would be terrific, but we did fine without as our pups are pretty obedient. Thankfully no bear, deer or coyote sightings to get our crazy Goldie wound up.
