Auf den Games Drives haben wir z.T. gefroren… Aber wir haben Löwen mit Jungen gesehenen, was absolut toll war, und ein Black Rhino, was wirklich sehr selten ist. Aber ansonsten muss ich sagen, dass wir doch von Timbavati Gebiet etwas enttäuscht waren. 'We had a very large canvas tent with multiple rooms and a thatched roof. The bed was very comfortable and netted to keep out flying critters.The front balcony overlooked a savanna type landscape where animal viewing is certainly possible, though we only saw them on our game drive. Very tasty buffet options were provided at dinner and breakfast. There are two game drives per day, with the morning drive shortly after sunrise.The game drive was surprisingly eventful as we saw 6 young lions behaving...

'We stayed at the cottage and it was absolutely stunning. Plenty of room. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The garden was amazing with our own outdoor fireplace. Even during loadshedding there was still light, water and wifi 😉. And every day we could play with the dogs. The food was really amazing. The chef makes delicious dishes. Host Annie is also the best, she knows what her guests like. You can ask her anything, nothing is impossible. We would definitely go back!'

'The place is lovely and me and my lady enjoyed it. The only issue I had was the bed, it was not that comfortable, same goes to the pillows, they where big. Oh and board needs some attention because when you walk inside the tent your partner got to wake up because they squicky. But nevertheless I enjoyed it, even proposed and she said yes'

'We stayed at Simbavati Camp George. The staff at the lodge were fantastic. The guide Alex was very knowledge and entertaining. He made efforts to teach us about wildlife and birds. The food was delicious and the menu was different every night. Simbavati lives up to their reputation. We will be back, They gave us a simbavati water bottle as a souvenir. '
