Owners use low-consumption light bulbs for energy management and have installed a presence detection system outside.

In the garden, there are only local species and eco-labelled maintenance products.

For green space maintenance, they only water in the morning and evening. There is automatic watering at night.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Access to the rental is via several steps.
