« We enjoyed a relaxing weekend away. The property was just as described. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great keeping the house dry and comfortable. »

« Great environment, and Hiram is a very friendly host. Our family of 4 has stayed at the "bridge cottage" (unit "109" out of 8 (?)) for 2 nights, in a very relaxing place (forest/pond/pool). We were looking for a place to rest between big cities' craziness and the cottage was a perfect fit. Wifi was terrible though, barely functional. As long as you don't mind an overall rustic/shabby feel, you'll probably have as good a time here as we did. Worth noting, Hiram answered all our questions really...

« The cottage is very close to the Outlets and Camelback, yet has a nice private feel in the woods. The inside of the cottage was cute and very clean, and we loved the hot tub in the backyard. The host was good to work with too! »

« Everything was smooth with this property from check-in to talk to the property managers. If we needed something, we asked and it was taken care of. tThe house was beautiful inside and out and the neighbors were very friendly. We will definitely come back to enjoy another stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. »

« This was the perfect getaway for our family to bring our dogs. There is a fenced in area making it easy to let them out. Great communication and upfront about issues with the lake that week. There are 2 other lakes in the neighborhood so that wasn’t a big issue. »

« Kids had a great time swimming, kayaking and fishing. Overall stay was great. Only gave 4 stars because of the 39 stairs which are a bit challenging for older people to lug groceries and luggage down to the house and back up again. We got to meet Terry the host who was very friendly and accommodating to our families needs. Great experience! Recommend staying here if you don’t mind stairs. »
