Dit huisje is een 1 slaapkamer, 2 badkamers huis, met nieuwe keuken, bonus serre, grote overdekte veranda, buitenkeuken en overdekte aanlegsteiger w / lift. Deze unieke vloerindeling maakt van de woonkamer een semi-privé slaapkamer voor de extra nachtelijke gast .. Gelegen in een rustige buurt, en direct aan het water. We zijn ongeveer 15 minuten. naar het centrum en dicht bij Oaklawn Park .. Slechts enkele minuten van Lake Ouachita en Lake Ouachita State Park. Dit thuis weg van huis is perfect voor koppels tot 4, kleine uitje groepen, Harley ruiters en mensen die graag zwemmen en vissen. Leg vis vast die net buiten de baai is gevangen! Kom en bezoek, blijf een tijdje, je zult genieten van het thuis weg van huis gevoel van de Cozy Cottage.

Stayed for seven days in this beautiful cottage on the lake. 100% recommend booking here!! Amazing location right on the water and close enough to Hot Springs to enjoy everything it has to offer. We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

We stayed at The Cozy Cottage from July 3rd through the 7th, and it was exactly the peaceful escape we needed. The cottage sits right on a quiet canal, and there's something really special about waking up to that view every morning: calm, scenic, and a world away from everyday noise.The house itself was spotless from the moment we walked in, and it was clear a lot of care goes into maintaining it. Everything felt fresh and well looked after throughout our stay.Communication with the host was excellent: quick, clear, and easy from booking through checkout, which made the whole trip feel stress free. Everyone we crossed paths with in the area was warm and friendly too, which added to how welcoming the whole experience felt.If you're looking for a quiet, clean spot on the water with a host who's genuinely on top of things, this is it. We'd happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! The view of the river was gorgeous and made for a perfect backdrop all weekend. The cabin itself was very clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the owners were so kind and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. We would for sure stay there again.

Everything was easy from checking in to checking out. The view of the lake was so nice, the kayaks were worth the rent especially with the nice weather and water was so pretty. Everything was clean inside and out. Carol was quick and very responsive. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

My 3rd time staying at the Cozy Cottage and I’ll be back every year. I love being in a cove of the lake and not the main lake so you’re not dealing with noisy lake traffic, speed boats etc but still easy access to the water to swim, kayak, paddle board etc. Everything is well stocked with everything you could need. I love spending the morning and evening on the front porch or in the sun room when temps allow. Perfection. Can’t wait til my next trip.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage! We found the neighborhood to be quiet and peaceful! The house was very clean and had everything thing we needed for a wonderful stay! We flew into Hot Springs Memorial Airport and the weather prevented us from departing on our scheduled time and caused us to stay an extra day! Carol was very prompt and helpful in making this happen!

Lake Ouachita

The Cozy Cottage is a very good place to have a restful and relaxing vacation. It has a good location close to several parks and lakes. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back another time.

This was the second time in just over a year that we've staid here. It is lovely, well appointed, and clean! Plenty of everything you may need. We have used the outdoor grill and it was clean and performed well. We love that it is quiet here and not really far to go to Hot Springs. We found two "new to us" restaurants 1) Fisherman's Wharf and 2) Luna Bella. Although we planned on cooking a few nights, we loved these restaurants so much, we ate each one twice! Highly recommend! The Hosts have always been gracious and helpful. They are very responsive - the first time we visited and couldn't get the tiki lights to work. They came and fixed it up in minutes.Overall, this place is a gem! We highly recommend The Cozy Cottage!

Cozy Cottage

We were there for a work trip and after along day this was an amazing place to come back to and relax! The view was spectacular and the accommodations were amazing. Carol was an amazing host and very helpful Will definitely stay there again when we are in the area!
