« The host was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was amazing. The bed was comfy. I wish the floors were cleaner; rugs were dirty as was the bathroom floor. Our space was quite warm at 74 with no ability to adjust, kept opening the window. Also the tv/wifi didnt seem to work. Unable to load anything to watch. »

« With a few modifications this place would be rated as excellent. These have been mentioned in earlier reviews: shower curtain should be replaced, step stool to reach microwave, hooks for bathroom towels needed, and etc. The location was perfect for us, lots of towels supplied, coffee available. Cozy place!We enjoyed our stay. »

« Very happy with the location, cleanliness and layout of this property. Perfect for two couples, or in our case, parents with two teenagers. The bedrooms are at opposite sides of the condo and each has an attached bathroom. Ample counterspace in both bathrooms, which is essential when traveling with teenagers!Located right around the corner from the Shaw/Howard metro stop, it was so easy to get to and from the National Mall each day of our visit. « This house was comfortable, furnished well and clean. Caution, There are alot of steep steps. There is a basement bedroom and family room...we stayed in September, while the rest of the house was comfortable, it was FREEZING down there. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe, however, it is not very close to the Metrolink station, so if you're going to want to use the Metro, you might have to scooter there. »
