'The Sand Bar Cottage is the best place to stay in Bar Harbor! Arrive, unload, and stay parked while you walk and enjoy all that Bar Harbor & Acadia has to offer. Not worrying over finding parking was the greatest perk, but the entire property was beautiful with blooming flowers and the staff were all extremely helpful and hospitable. Our cottage was absolutely perfect. '

'Our stay at Poet’s Cabin was perfect. It was far enough away from the business of Bar Harbor but close enough that we could drive over quickly and eat, shop, and do touristy things. The cabin was cozy and relaxing. So many great hiking trails around. The food recommendations from the owner were spot on! The wildlife around the cabin were fun to watch! We saw a lot of deer and wild turkeys. '

'The cottage was clean and met all of our needs. The only problem was the street noise. It was fine in the middle of the night but in the evening and as early as 5AM it was annoying, even with the windows closed.'

'We had a nice stay at this cozy and comfortable suite just outside of the bustle of Bar Harbor. It was the perfect base for exploring Acadia with our young kids - convenient, clean and quiet.
