'On arrival the cabin smelled horrible. It was from the water. We were told that it was only surfer built up in the line and to run the water for a while and it will be ok. That worked for the water after around 40min but the Oder in the room was bad for hours. The remote for the heater has dead batteries so we spent $9 to replace. Day 2, we went to Zion for the day and when we returned we had no running water. Were told the tank had run dry but it would be ok soon. At 8:50 pm we went to bed...

'We all had a wonderful stay in a perfect location! Everything was there that we needed. Ponderosa is close for a quick meal as well.Jake was a fantastic communicator and very responsive to us asking simple questions and recommendations! Would love to come back someday! '

'Beware of this property!!! It is not 3 bedrooms. It is a 1 bedroom with a loft. The loft is not tall enough to stand up in. The living room has a horrible couch with a pull out bed. The heaters don't work and the furniture is terrible. This place is not suited to be rented out to guests!The water pump burned up on the second night of our stay so we had no water in the middle of a shower. He didn't answer the phone until the next day. I checked the pump for him but he offered no solutions...

'From the moment you enter into the home; you’re hit with soft & serene waves of relaxation & a zen vibe. The home is immaculate, spacious, and with a million little touches of comfort. The upper deck is magical for stargazing! The home is very remote, yet the host directions make it easy to find. We will absolutely stay again if we return to Zion! '

'Very cool property with unique details. The house was very clean and the amenities were good. Some small remarks/suggestions: -add an ambient light in the living room. It was either very bright or too dark -the washing machine was very noisy, maybe a cabinet in front of it -not all windows in the master bedroom had curtains or could be seen trough. Therefore waking up very early'

'The room was spotless and for a one-night stay, it do the job. Towels for showering were missing and had to use hand towels, otherwise room had everything and was very clean and easy to find. '

'Great location for visiting Zion and Bryce. If needed the hosts were always responsive and met any needs. Accurate description of house and amenities. What we loved most were the little things like washer detergent, trash bags, aluminum foil…etc. These small things make a difference when you don’t feel like running to a store after a long day of hiking. Other great feature was the bed. Can’t stand having an uncomfortable sleep when you pay for a stay…comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Would stay...
