BOOKING CONDITIONS

Deposit of 50 % of total cost is required within 7 days to confirm booking with balance payable at least one calendar month prior to arrival ( both non refundable).
If reservation is made less than one calendar month prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of you booking without notice.

CANCELLATIONS
If notice of cancellation is received one calendar month prior to your arrival your deposit will be fully refunded less a 15% administration fee...
If less than one calendar month notice prior to your arrival is given, all monies are forfeited.
