'The property owner was SO great in allowing us to book only one night...we had a flight change, which pushed our departure and we had no where to stay. She was quick to reply and was so nice and helpful. The home is beautiful! Kids went snorkeling right off the back where the rocks are. Lots of fish to see! We loved the pool area too!'

'The house is situated on a private beach. And there are two additional private beaches just to the right of the house, when looking at the ocean. The neighborhood is a very private and as yet undeveloped. The house is a grade A exclusive luxury house. All of the amenities from high-end stove and oven to freezer/refrigerator, TV, vaulted ceilings in the great room, counter tops, stone flooring, 30 feet of sliding doors viewing the pool and ocean. The bed rooms and bath rooms similarly appointed....

'February Point is quiet and convenient. The house is very comfortable and everyone loved the view from their bedroom. The boat is perfect for cruising around the bay and the private dock made starting the adventure very easy. The host was quick to respond.'

'We loved how the condo was centrally located and had access to the resort's pool, water toys, beachfront and restaurant. The condo was just as presented on the website. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked very well. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well appointed - we had everything we might need. A bonus was it had a good selection of spices and also we could leave any unused groceries. I would highly recommend this condo for your stay on Exuma.'

'We were 2 families with teenagers, a total of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had more than enough room; the property could easily accommodate more. We stayed 5 nights. We enjoyed the pool and grilling out at the house. The beds were comfy (except the pull out couch, but those never are), and the separate AC units for each room were nice! 'We had the best time this week! The house was better than described - when we rent in USA, the spices and condiments are all gone. This place had everything we needed! That is such a small thing to mention, but loved it. Cleo, the house manager, is the sweetest and very responsive. Rachel, the owner, is the same. We had everything we needed. We made so many memories here! The property was large enough that even though we had two families, there was plenty of space for everyone inside and out.'

'This home is absolutely stunning! The main floor has three spacious bedrooms, one with an ensuite and ocean view, two that share a bathroom. There is laundry, a powder room, and a massive living room/dining room, all with airy, high ceilings. The kitchen is really well appointed with everything you will need. 'Host Elvis & MayAnn are wonderful people and hosts to this property. All the villas are clean and comfortable. Its remote so the beach is basically a private beach and theres conveniences of food and restaurants in about 15 mins away. You will love your stay here! Definitely coming back!'

'Really enjoyed our stay. Check in/out was seamless the property was well maintained and the owner and property manager where prompt in their communication with us. Overall we really enjoyed out vacation would definitely recommend this to folks that are considering it. One minor issue was the hot tub, for whatever reason it was not ever hot. Not a problem in the summer but in spring it would have been nice to be able to use it in the evenings and watch the sunset.'

'We stayed at Sea Lilly for 7 days. The pictures dont do it justice its paradise! Beau was very quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The condo literally has everything you need and more. From beach towels to extra coffee! Its very conveniently located by pool, restaurant and most importantly the beach! We walked to the fish fry 2 different nights for dinner. Very short walk from condo as well. We would definitely stay again!'
