« Simple, clean, close to University, comfy bed »

« This is a great place. Excellent location - easy walk to downtown, easy to get to, parking was fine (just out front on the street). It’s a nice apt - beds were comfy, kitchen had lots of space and everything we needed. My adult son (student at UI) was on the pull out couch multiple nights and he said it was very comfortable (unlike the sofa beds at so many other places). Bathroom was very big. « Great place to stay. Comfortable bed and very clean. You do have to navigate stairs up to this place however, it wasn't an issue for me. Easy parking and close to everything. Nice quiet neighborhood location. »

« Super cute place. Hosts thought of everything - coffee, tea, snacks, robes. We didn't cook, but there were seasonings and other supplies in the kitchen. Very easy contactless check in and check out. We used the pull-out bed, and it was easy to use and bedding was provided. Would recommend. »

« Positive: Location is great - right next to campus. Unit was mostly clean, great Washer/Dryer. Very comfortable bed.Negative: Price charged was 5% higher than "total fees". Unit sits above a noisy mechanical pump that never turns off. »

« I was in town for the Grazing Hills Fiber Festival to sell my beautiful alpaca fiber and needed somewhere cool and quiet to spend the weekeend nights. It was a cute studio, with everything I needed! The AC unit blocked out the upstairs footsteps, which helped. Parking was great! And nice to be able to walk to food! « What an amazing opportunity we had!!! We were in town for one of my children’s wedding - and I’ll be honest. I’m a bit tired of hotels (it would’ve been my 11th hotel stay this year) so I was looking for something a bit more like home. This was definitely more in line with what I liked!!! « While the location was a few miles from Pullman, the drive was pretty from Steptow Butte and the price very affordable. Note. Do not follow any Google route onto gravel or dirt roads, use the paved highway. The apartment is light and airy, with a full kitchen. The unit is on the second floor. The evening and morning cloud formations were really pretty. Very quiet and comfortable bed and sofa bed. Communication with Ethan was very easy and he was quick with responses. Thank you Ethan. »
