'The host was very organised and got back to us very quickly by email which is always so helpful. He was friendly, respectful and helpful and took the time to greet us on arrival and made sure we were comfortable and able to get into the studio. The property was clean and organised and very well kitted out. The bed is super comfy. We loved staying here and will be back.'

Outdoor furniture on balcony could definately do with a clean; have stayed in motels that are better and cheaper and have everything supplied...linen, towels etc.......(who wants to pack linen etc along with everything else) it was a last minute booking otherwise would not have booked here.'

'Nice apartment with everything we needed. Laundry area is a little grungy and entire property needs a good power wash. Now the positives: outstanding view and balcony area, great little kitchen. It’s also comforting to have own parking stall and easy rubbish removal. Beware of one inch step up into bathroom-I managed to trip! Also shower drains very slowly. Good location to town and 2 beaches a few footsteps away. Would definitely recommend.'

'Had a wonderful stay in Batehaven with family. Great little apartment with a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable, clean and in a great location. Easy communication and check in.'

'The property has outstanding views and well located, however the decor and furniture are dated. Not that we used the second bedroom, which is advertised as a twin bed, but is really a single as the door cannot be fully opened before striking a bed. The ensuite is also very small.'

'Good location, comfortable apartment ,all appliances good working order the only downside is the cleaning , it was no 100 % ,An air-conditioning was installed no long ago and the brick dust all over the wall and around the tv set , and seats the carpet and under bed all dusty'

'Spacious comfortable apartment with lovely balcony but not the cleanest and rather cluttered - more like someone’s home than holiday rental. With a little effort (renew cracked wash basin, clean cooking utensils) it could be wonderful. The entrance (via a filthy stairway of some 37 steps - not mentioned in details and no lift) was most unwelcoming. However Madecomfy, the booking agents, were excellent to deal with even supplying 2 fans within an hour of request on arrival day.'

'Generally good, however we weren’t aware of the camping toilet which should feature higher in the listing rather than down the bottom. Lighting could have been better for reading etc. A beautiful place with a beautiful view.'

'This is a hidden gem for getting away on the South coast. Excellent and exceptional value compared to usual offerings in Ulladulla and Batemans bay. Disability friendly with lift. Secured parking. Staff were very helpful, professional and polite. Pantry is a great option for dinner as there is limited options when we came in late around 8 pm.'
