'I stayed here for three nights with my elderly mom. The home is lovely and very comfortable, with lovely linens, updated bathrooms, and luxurious beds. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped for anything you might want to prepare. This would be an excellent spot for a family with children. The hosts were very responsive and gracious. 'Our weekend at Rory’s home was everything and then some. The hospitality was truly unmatched. Rory bought us a new grill, provided pizza, and gave us fantastic suggestions to go do in the area. There was so much to do around the house between using the kayaks during the day and ending the night by the bonfire. I highly recommend staying here for a weekend getaway, reunion, or even to just unwind and get away from the city. 10/10 experience, would absolutely stay here again! '

'Great stay to be so close to the lake. Provided plenty of lake accessories so you would need to pack minimal equipment. The pictures are a little deceiving as you are on top of a steep hill with Route 39 (which is busy) between the house and dock. We brought our dogs who are well behaved and stay pretty close. I would be concerned if my dog did not have good recall or young children. However, being situated on top of the hill provides a nice view! '

'We had a completely delightful girls weekend! Brian & his wife allowed us to book only 20 or so hours in advance after our other VRBO got cancelled. We had an issue with the hot tub and they sent over a guy asap. Such a beautiful house with everything you would need! '

'Our family had a wonderful stay at the beautiful, clean, peaceful Hoyt House. There was plenty of space to gather together as well as spread out. The daffodils were beginning to bloom and there is the sight and sound of a running stream behind the home. We were close to fun things to explore like the Audubon, covered bridge, and Kent waterfalls. Great bakery, restaurants, grocery a short drive away. The heated indoor swimming pool was the biggest hit. We hope to have the opportunity to...

'The house and hosts are absolutely incredible! Perfect for large groups or families. The basement adds a massive extra space for hangouts / activities / games without disrupting anyone asleep. House has everything you could want in a lake rental. The private lake area is great being in a cove, only downside of this property is the walk from the house to the steep steps going down to the water which would be tough for olde generations. '
