In a quiet location on the edge of the Moos forest, this modern and lovingly furnished apartment offers 75 square meters of space for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment extends over two floors. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a large fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave with oven function, toaster, kettle, and a fully automatic coffee machine.



There is also a small guest toilet on the first floor. The living room features a pull-out sofa bed for two people and a 55" flat-screen TV. The terrace, equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers, along with the associated garden area, invites you to relax, play, and unwind.



A spiral staircase leads to the basement, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a box-spring bed and a large closet. A baby travel cot can be provided free of charge if required. The children's bedroom is equipped with a pull-out bed, offering two additional single beds if needed. The basement provides pleasantly cool sleeping temperatures even during hot summer days.



The spacious bathroom with natural daylight, a washing machine, and a large shower is located directly next to the bedrooms. In addition to the terrace, there is another lovely seating area next to the entrance, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun with a beautiful view of the greenery.



The accommodation price includes towels and bed linen for up to 4 adults and 2 children, as well as all additional costs, including final cleaning after your stay. Parking on the property and Wi-Fi are also included. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
