'The house was absolutely great. When we arrived, a deer with two young was grazing in the garden, what a great start. After entering the house, all was absolutely great. The place has everything you need, and is in excellent condition. All little things are thought of and provided for. The hosts are incredibly quick to answer any questions you have. The Blanding town (dry town, by the way) is closeby and has all the basic needs. Perfect location to do all the tourist things ! Loved it !'

'It's a beautiful place with a view of the Abajo Mountains and near to lots of nature. Their were some malfunctions with the water heater, but it was fixed as quickly as possible. Owners were caring and attentive. Very peaceful and relaxing. We'd return on an another southern Utah road trip.'

'When we pulled up, we saw a couple of deer. And they proceeded to stay in our backyard all evening! The kids loves seeing them so close. The cabin was very comfortable with wonderful beds. It was basically a completely dead cell zone area, but the WiFi was great. The cabin had lots of games, toys, and even a foosball table! We had lots of fun staying here and hope to come back the next time we are in the area.'

'Nine adults and 2 little kids for Thanksgiving out of town. This cabin provided a large kitchen, separated sleeping spaces, and lots of warm water. The cabin met all our needs which were a large room to gather in, a large meal prep area, and plenty of seating. We enjoyed being side together and took the short trip to Moab, Arches, and Canyonlands.'

'A great place to escape to. Clean, comfortable and charming. The drive to the cabin has some steep sections but the road is well graded. We used the cabin as our base for exploring Needles District of the Canyon Lands National Park. Only disappointment was not staying longer than two nights.'

'We very much enjoyed our stay here. It is definitely the Redneck Ranch but very comfortable for an off grid cabin. It is well stocked with everything we needed. Communication was great. I loved the hammock on the screened porch. It is beautiful & quiet- we loved it!'

'This was a great spot to stay for a small group of 8 folks traveling to hike Bears Ears and Canyonlands. Lots of room to spread out. A couple of suggestions: 1 towel hooks needed in bathroom 2 replace mattress in lower floor queen - it's rough and nearly touching the floor when occupied 3 keep office space upstairs open - we needed it for another separate sleeping area and the whole space was being used for custodial (not what we saw in images) 4 directions on the individual heating units - we...

'Mooi huisje. Niet groot maar met alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn. Met een leuk klein terrasje om op te zitten. Informatievoorziening van de eigenaar is erg prettig. In het huisje waren ook lekkere gratis snacks en drankjes aanwezig. Een leuke verrassing'
