The Space

Our private apartment occupies the second floor of a triplex and comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

No parties, events, or illegal activities.
Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Please keep noise to a minimum, as the property is located in a residential neighborhood.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, as well as any additional cleaning required beyond normal use.
Shoes are not permitted inside the apartment. Slippers are provided for your comfort.
Guests are responsible for any fines, penalties, or costs resulting from violations of the house rules.
Candles may be used with caution but must never be left unattended. Please extinguish them before leaving the apartment or going to sleep.
