« Beautiful property, the bar staff were fantastic and really helpful with recommendations. The breakfast was so good! The only.issue was the room was very hot- where we stayed (the mews) the pipes were constantly radiating heat even with the radiator off. We had to have the fan on and the window open all night, despite it only being around 12 degrees outside. We also made use of the spa facilities (extra £20 each) just next door which was lovely. »

« Très bel hôtel dans la charmante bourgade de Broadway dans le nord des Cotswolds. Une vieille batisse en pierres, le charme d’un pub anglais, avec ses bières, whisky, et nourriture typique, qui plus est fort anîmé le vendredi soir, et le restaurant sous une verrière. « Une réception très académique un peu rigide, peut-être acceptable par la taille de cet établissement, un peu plus de chaleur serait appréciée toutefois. Service sans reproche. Décor historique . Beaucoup de va et vient. Restauration acceptable malgré un loupé le dernier soir. Une ambiance, conforme au village. »

« S'il faut à tout prix trouver un point négatif on pourrait à la rigueur dire que la piscine du SPA est petite mais franchement tout est parfait dans cet établissement, que ce soient le personnel ou les services proposés. »

« L’hôtel en général est très bien et le meilleur de tout le service. Mais en quant à notre chambre en particulier l’état n’était top: l’eau du wc ne marchait pas bien de tout, le mobilier (garde-robe, table d’appoint) était défaillante..., en fin, il fallait une mise à jour. »
