Comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests, the cottage features a private bedroom with a queen bed, a premium Italian leather sofa with a built-in queen-size sleeper mattress, a full bathroom, an inviting living area, and a fully stocked kitchen. Whether you`re planning a couples` getaway or sharing a weekend with family or friends, you`ll find the comforts of home surrounded by nature.

Start your mornings with coffee on the porch as birds sing and the countryside wakes around you. Spend your afternoons wandering the property, feeding the fish at the spring-fed pond, spotting turtles sunning nearby, or simply enjoying the calm pace of nature.

Guests have full private access to the cottage, covered porch, deck with Blackstone grill, outdoor seating areas, and private fire pit. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared 8-acre park-like property and spring-fed pond.

Blue Pond Retreat offers convenient self check-in, allowing guests the flexibility to arrive during the designated check-in window. We are always available should you need assistance before or during your stay.

For those wanting to explore, Blue Pond Retreat is conveniently located near historic downtown Montgomery, Lake Conroe, local wineries, restaurants, hiking trails, boat rentals, wedding venues, the Texas Renaissance Festival, Margaritaville Resort, and The Woodlands.

Please note that Blue Pond Retreat is a boutique retreat property with additional guest accommodations located elsewhere on the acreage, including our luxury covered wagons. While the cottage offers its own private spaces, guests may occasionally see other visitors enjoying the property as well.

We want your stay to be as comfortable and relaxing as possible. A few things to keep in mind:

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of other guests enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

REGISTERED GUESTS
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.

PARTIES & EVENTS
Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted.

SMOKING
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the accommodations. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

PROPERTY CARE
Please treat the property with care, avoid rearranging furniture, remove muddy or dirty shoes before entering, and let us know if anything needs attention during your stay.

CLIMATE CONTROL
Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort. Please leave the mini-split units running when you depart.

PARKING
Please park in the designated area beside your accommodation and keep driveways and roadways clear.

CHECKOUT
No lengthy checkout chore list! Simply place wet towels in the laundry basket, dispose of leftover food and trash, and generally tidy up after yourselves.
