'The location is great. But the unit was in poor repair. The carpet was torn and coming up off the floor. The refrigerator was broken and hot on the inside. They did bring a new refrigerator the next day but the ice maker still didn't work. But the huge issue was there was a problem with water in the entire building. When they finally fixed the water, then there was no hot water. Coming off the slope and you can't take a hot shower really sucks.

'We loved our stay, it was a little confusing at first to get the keys but we got it. Lovely views! Nice and clean. 2 window cranks were broken and it would have been nice to open them because the weather was gorgeous! Other than that small detail, we had a great stay.'

'A little older than other buildings in the area, but it was very clean and convenient to everything in the River Run community. The ad says it sleeps 4, so just be aware that means 2 in the double bed and 2 on the couch. There's no AC, but that seems normal for the area. Just be aware on those hot summer days. It's not really a place you want to hang out in the room anyway.'
